Davey Brent Richerson

Davey Brent Richerson, age 72, born in Bay Minette, AL and a resident of the White House Fork Community died Saturday, October 18, 2025 at his residence. He was retired from SouthTrust Bank where he was Vice President.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Polk Richerson of Daphne, AL; his children, Wendy Byrne Melcher of Atlanta, GA, Kristy Byrne Whitaker of Fairhope, AL, Davey Richerson of London and Hamp Richerson of Maryville, TN; three brothers, Ricky (Sheila) Richerson of Spanish Fort, AL, Terry Richerson of Crossroads and Timmy (Ann) Richerson of White House Fork and grandchildren, Byrne Ahrenkiel and Porter Ahrenkiel both of Atlanta, GA and Grey Whitaker and Birch Whitaker both of Fairhope, AL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Libby Richerson; two brothers, Tony Richerson and Jerry Richerson and a sister, Sheron Richerson Grant.

Graveside services and burial will be held Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Johnson Cemetery with Reverend Clark Beiler officiating.
