Daryl Melvin Lee

Daryl Melvin Lee, age 89, died Wednesday, March 6, 2-24 in Monroeville, AL. Mr. Lee was a native of Akron, OH and a resident of Bay Minette, AL. He retired as a crane operator.

He is survived by two stepchildren, Sherry (Johnny) Irby of Bay Minette, AL and Rusty Frances of Crossroads; ten step grandchildren; sister-in-law, Betty Lee of Mexia, AL; two nieces, Ramona Lee (Sam, Jr.) House of Montgomery, AL and Teresa Lee (Alan) Nipper of Frisco City, AL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Rayford Lee and Orna Skeen Lee; a brother, Norman Rayford Lee; a sister, Barbara Lee; his wife, Vesta Lee and a stepson, Robby Frances.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Dr. David Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Durant Chapel Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, March 11, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.
