Darryl Ray Welch

Darryl Ray Welch, age 62, born in Watertown, WI and a resident of Crossroads died Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at his residence. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator at Esfeller Construction.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Faye Melton Welch of Crossroads; his children, Michael Jordan (Jessica) Welch of Meridian, MS, Daniel (Ashton) Welch of Meridian, MS and Christina (Rusty) Williams of Crossroads; eleven grandchildren, Ethan Welch, Eli Welch, Emmett Welch, Parker Welch, Camden Welch, Cole Welch, Hunter Williams, Mason Williams, Dustin Lyons, Derrick Lyons and Madelyn Lyons and two great grandchildren, Ryleigh Lyons and Jace Lyons.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home. A graveside service and burial will be held Friday, January 17, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Cokes Chapel Cemetery in Ward, AL with Reverend Leon Ballard officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until the 7:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.
