Darlene (Brooks) Bordelon

Gladys Darlene Brooks Bordelon, age 68, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of Robertsdale, AL died Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at Crown of North Baldwin. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Teretha Richards and Christy Bordelon; her siblings, Eddie Ray Brooks, Sherene Skipper, Ricky Brooks, Charlene Ray, Rose Lishman, Ann Aimsworth and Pauline Berryman and a number of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earnest Dewy Brooks; her mother, Gladys Leona Brooks, her husband, John Bordelon; her son, Joseph Leon Johnson, Jr. and siblings, Dorene Annette Salter, Christine Skipper, Robert Brooks, Gloria Jean Lewis and Barbara Capps.

The family would like to say a very heartful thank you to Tracy Brooks for all that she has done for Darlene.
