Daniel "D" Trey Parnell

Daniel “D” Trey Parnell, age 30, a native and resident of Bay Minette, AL, died Monday, June 23, 2025, at his residence.

“D” was a tender-hearted boy who loved to make anyone laugh. His laugh and smile could light up a room, and his eyes sparkled with life. He was so full of energy and lived life fast. He was always riding three-wheelers, four-wheelers, and motorcycles since he could walk. He also rode bulls and loved to bass fish, especially in tournaments with his daddy. He played all types of sports from a young age.

He will always be remembered as very loving guy, with a winning personality & beautiful smile. He was a Nanna and Pawpaw’s boy through and through.

He is survived by his father, Kenneth Ray “Kenny” (Brooke) Parnell of Loxley, AL; his grandmother, Cleone Parnell of Bay Minette, AL; siblings, Dylan Parnell, Danica Parnell and Dustin Watson; his uncle, Eric (Lindsey) Parnell of Saraland, AL; cousins, Brinkley Parnell, Abby Parnell, Brant Williams and Wrenley Carter; siblings, Austin Cumbie and Logan Lambeth by his birth mother, Kimberly Cumbie.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ray Parnell, and an uncle, Daniel Lee Parnell.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Vision Ministries Church of God, 47861 Rabun Road, Bay Minette, AL 36507 with Bishop Alan Blackmon officiating. Burial will follow at Crossroads Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Vision Ministries Church of God.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Parnell, Dylan Tyree, Scott Byrd, Gavin Williams, Logan Lambeth, Colton Rider, Tyler Williams and Dylan Capps.
