Dan Eddins Pruett, Jr.

Dan Eddins Pruett, Jr., age 78, born in Goodway, AL and a resident of Spanish Fort, AL died Sunday, March 3, 2019 at his residence. He was a retired dispatcher for Block USA Truck Lines.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Gibbs Pruett of Spanish Fort, AL; his children, Donna Elaine Pruett Godwin of Bay Minette, AL, Samantha (Jay) Homan of Bay Minette, AL, Dana P. (Chester) Brown of Spanish Fort, AL and Shelley P. Killcrease of Saraland, AL; one sister, Betty Ann (John) King of Elsanor, AL; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a nephew, Sean Dunlap.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Scott Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jay Homan, Keegan Homan, Nathan Homan, Chester Brown, Trever Jordan and Taylor Brown.

Although the family will accept flowers they suggest memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 19059 Greeno Road, Suite A, Fairhope, AL 36532.
