Corey Shane Homan

It is great sadness that Corey Shane Homan, age 30, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Corey was born and raised in Bay Minette, AL. He was an avid construction worker.

If you knew Corey, you would know that his greatest love in life was for the Lord and his family. His presence would light up a room. He was without a doubt our Angel on earth.

He is survived by his parents, Melinda Kaye Hicks and Jeffery Wayne (Rhonda) Homan; brothers, Jeremy, Dagan, Justin, and Jonathon; his papa and biggest hero, Jerry Homan and his grandmother, Sharon Homan. Corey was loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Milford Homan.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Jason Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 13, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Justin Davis, Dagan Homan, Chris Branum, Colton Hicks, Trevor Davis and Jeremy Hicks. Alternate pallbearers will be Danny Collier, Jr. and Dakota Hicks.
