Chester Lee House

Chester Lee House, age 85, born in Evergreen, Alabama and a resident of Bay Minette, AL, died Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Mobile Infirmary. He was a loving father, grandfather, uncle and humble servant of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He loved his family and friends unconditionally. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. 

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 58 years, Freida Coleman House and his parents, Percy Cornelius House and Daisy Dewberry House. He is survived by his children, Ronald House, of Bay Minette, AL and Vickie (Owen) Liles of Daphne, AL; grandchildren, Jason House, Jared House, Nicole House and Coleman (Kathryn) Liles; sister, Brenda (Robert) Branum of Bay Minette AL; Lisa House, his loving former daughter-in law, and mother of three of his grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, September 14th, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Norris Funeral Home.  Graveside services and burial will follow at 11:30 at Bay Minette Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will include Jason House, Jared House, Coleman Liles, Owen (Wen) Liles, Paul Jay and John Jay.
