Billy Gail Wilkins

Billy Gail Wilkins, age 82, born in Riverside, CA and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at North Baldwin Infirmary. He was a retired Construction Superintendent at Exxon Mobil. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Loop Masonic Lodge #895 and the ABBA Shrine Temple.

He is survived by his children, Liana Wilkins (Jeff) Barnett of Bay Minette, AL and John W. (Connie) Gibson of Orange Beach, AL; one sister, Rose Wilkins (Joe) Olmstead of Fairhope, AL; seven grandchildren, Sarah Barnett, Jonathan Barnett, Zack Hill, Nick Hill. Jaime Gibson, Megan Gibson and Travis Gibson; nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara R. Wilkins; his 2nd wife, Janice R. Wilkins; son, David V. Hill and a sister, Pamela Wilkins Pavelka.

Graveside services and burial will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Newton Masonic Cemetery in Newton, Mississippi.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the North Baldwin Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 190, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
