Beulah Mae (Raines) Grimes

Beulah Mae Raines Grimes, age 94, born in Uriah, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Sunday, August 18, 2024 at Crowne Health Care. She was a retired circulation supervisor for the Mobile Press Register.

She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Lovett of Bay Minette, AL and Wanda (Steve) Gautney of Perdido, AL; grandchildren, Jennifer (Steve) Pritchett of Montgomery, AL, Matt (Kimm) Fail of Bay Minette, AL, Amanda (Brad) Schwartz of Perdido, AL and Lauren (Jerry) Pharr of Fairhope, AL; great grandchildren, Riley Cooper, Brooklyn Fail, Cole Pritchett, Brayden, Ryker and Vera Schwartz and Liam and Regan Pharr.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Grimes; a grandson, Jermia Lovett and her long-time companion, Walt Waldrop.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Welch and Reverend Jason Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 20, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Steve Pritchett, Matt Fail, Riley Cooper, Louis Ruffin, Chuck Tolbert and Ronnie Douvier. Alternate pallbearer will be Jerry Donald.
