Betty Lynda (Lanton) Peaden

Betty Lynda Peaden, age 84, born in Headland, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Mobile Infirmary. She was a homemaker. She gave a lifetime of love, devotion and sacrifice for her family. She set us on a path of righteous values and character from which we will not stray. Her legacy of love is in our hearts.

She is survived by her son, Shawn (Cheryl) Peaden; one brother, Eudon Lanton; three sisters, Dorothy Thibodeaux, Joyce (Charles) Peterson and Judy Lewis; five grandchildren, Sandra (Kendall) Billiot, Sarah Peaden, Rachel (Devon) Long, Sommer (Charles) Cotton and James Fleming and four great grandchildren, C.J. Cotton, Chyann Billiot, Harper Bryant and Rowan Bryant.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd B. Peaden.

Graveside services and burial will be held Sunday, October 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery with Chaplain Cindy Still officiating.
