Aubrey Frederick Mosley, age 66, born in Bay Minette, AL and a resident of Stapleton, AL died Thursday, November 27, 2025 at his residence. He was a retired foreman for Rolls Royce Naval Marine.
Aubrey was an adventurer at heart. He loved spending time outdoors both hunting and fishing. He loved to walk down the pier, through the woods, and in the mountains. He often took long aimless drives in his truck or on his motorcycle and it was anyone’s guess where the drive may lead, but it was certain that the windows were rolled down, rock music was turned up, and a Polar Pop was in the cupholder. He loved to cook and feed the people he loved—especially to smoke a chicken, barbecue ribs, or fry up some deer meat. On Saturdays, he yelled Roll Tide at the TV. On Sundays, he read his Bible. And on weeknights, he strummed his guitar in the living room, ate frozen Zero bars straight from the freezer, and probably watched an action movie or a nature documentary. He told the best dad jokes, and we will miss the way his smile lit up his eyes.
He is survived by his wife, Felisha N. Johnson Mosley of Stapleton, AL; his children, Jessica Tyler Swanger of Daphne, AL, Mary Elizabeth Mosley of Madison, WI, Brianna N. Adams of Foley, AL and Brysen N. Adams of Stapleton, AL; one brother, Barry (Cliff Joullian) Mosley of Chunchula, AL; two sisters, Deborah (Joel) Morrow of Loxley, AL and Tammy R. Watson of Bay Minette, AL; his grandchildren, Grace’Lynn R. Adams, Ava N. Dodge and Bronx N. P. Adams.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick March “Freddie” and Elaine Bundy Mosley and his beloved dog, Jazzy.
As Aubrey’s wishes there will be no services held.
