Anita (Lovett) Long

Anita Lovett Long, age 71, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of the Crossroads Community died Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Crowne Healthcare Facility in Bay Minette, AL. She was a retired retail associate, practicing “Hippie” and devoted Aunt, Sister and Sister in-law within her family.

She is survived by her sister, Betty Jean Brock of Bay Minette, AL and Brother-In-Law Robert Milton Sullivan of Bay Minette, AL along with nine nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Emmett Lloyd Lovett; her mother, Edna Ruth Langham; her brother, Fred Lovett and her sister, Patricia Sue Lovett Sullivan.

A Memorial Service will be held on December 7, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at Asbury Methodist Church in Owassa, AL.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Durant Chapel Baptist Church, 9551 Highway 138, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
