Obituary
Amanda Lee Vinson, age 38, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of Pensacola, FL died Thursday, April 6, 2023 at her residence. She was a housekeeper for Airbnb. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Afghanistan.
She is survived by her children, Adrianna Michelle Cody of Lebanon, NH and Kennedy Nalani Vinson; her mother, Deborah Beard of Bay Minette, AL; her fathers, Wayne (Margaret) Beard of Sarasota, FL and Jimmy A. (Rhonda) Vinson of Bay Minette, AL; siblings, Brandi Vinson (Seth) Crenshaw of Bay Minette, AL, Brittany Cooper of Bay Minette, AL, Taylor Vinson of Bay Minette, AL and Jade Vinson of Bay Minette, AL; her grandmother, Betty Heaton of Pine Grove and nieces and nephews, Kya, Raigen, India, Amara, Hunter, Kaden, Huston, Peyton and Nevaeh.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend J.P. Lambert officiating. Burial will follow at the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 service at Norris Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
