Alvin James “Pete” Shearer, Jr., age 82, born in Penn, PA and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at North Baldwin Infirmary. He was a retired metal pattern maker at Lerio Corporation in Mobile.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy Aylene Murray Shearer of Bay Minette, AL; two daughters, Laurie A. (Darren) Arnette of Perdido, AL and Tracy L. Shearer of Bay Minette, AL; one sister, Lottie Belle Shearer Elias of North Versailes, PA and three grandchildren, Adam Arnette, Nicholas Arnette and Katie Shearer.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
