Obituary
Alice Eloise Brooks Gurganus, age 99, born in Birmingham, AL and a resident of Gulf Breeze, FL died Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Nobles Senior Living. She was co-owner and office manager of Foundray Supply Company.
She is survived by one daughter, Jerilyn (Andrew) Edgar of Gulf Breeze, FL; two grandchildren, Brooks Elizabeth Edgar (Michael) Cox of Gulf Breeze, FL and Andrew S. (Megg) Edgar, Jr. of Fairhope, AL; great grandchildren, James Craig (Courtney) Caldwell, Jr., Catherine Eloise Caldwell, Elizabeth Louise (Connor) Perret, Madylen Grace Cox and Jackson Carter Cox and great great grandchildren, Beckham Caldwell and Eloise Mae Perret.
Graveside services and burial will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Bay Minette Cemetery with Minister Rick Whittle officiating.
The family will receive friends Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
Pallbearer will be James Craig Caldwell, Jr., Andrew S. Edgar, Sr., Andrew S. Edgar, Jr., Michael Carter Cox and Connor William Perret.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Spanish Fort Church of Christ, 8100 Spanish Fort Blvd., Spanish Fort, AL 36527.
