Walter David Micklesavage, Sr., age 88, born in New Philadelphia, PA died Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at William F. Green State Veterans Home. He was a retired diesel mechanic. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served for 10 years.

He is survived by one son, Walter David Micklesavage, Jr.; two daughters, Louise Fordham and Jeanne Kline; one brother, George Micklesavage; two sisters, Gloria Edinger and Elaine McKeon; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Inurnment will be held at a later date at Washington’s Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA.
