Melvin Killcreas Obituary

Melvin Leonce Killcreas, age 76, a native and resident of Bay Minette, AL died Friday, August 30, 2019. He was a retired maintenance supervisor for the U.S. Navy. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Coleman Killcreas of Bay Minette, AL; stepson, Pat (Tammy) Hutchinson of Gernada, MS; one brother, Jesse (Katherine) Killcreas of Bay Minette, AL; one sister, Trisha (Olen) Buckwalter of Ocean Springs, MS; grandchildren, J.R. (Tonya) Gardner of Bay Minette, AL, Sam Hutchinson, Colby Little and Fonda Little; great grandson, Kanen Gardner; nieces, Tina Maguire, Bonnie (Ricky) Pickett, Theresa (Randy) McKinney, Joy (Allen Travis) Killcreas and Cynthia (Will) Breland and nephews, Clavin Cooley, Boyd Cooley and Sheldon Killcreas.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Sue Cooley, Alvin Killcreas and Calvin Killcreas and a stepson, Eddie Hutchinson.

Graveside services and burial will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
