Mary Lou Weekley Foster, age 82, born in Atmore, AL and a resident of Perdido, AL died Friday, October 4, 2019 at her residence. On that day she was reunited with the love of her life, John Thomas Foster. She was a homemaker and a member of Perdido Baptist Church.
She is survived by four daughters, Janet (Web) Bush of Perdido, AL, Cheryl (Malcolm) Harrelson of Perdido, AL, Carol Foster of Dadeville, AL and Judy (Ronnie) Peacock of Bay Minette, AL; one brother, Webb “Buddy” (Mary Kaye) Weekley, Jr. of Cantonment, FL; eight grandchildren, Heather (Rod) Johnson, Amber (Jeremy) McKissack, Blake (Ashley) Coleman, Cody Coleman, Jennifer (Brian) Sanders, Jodi (Jake) Hadley, Jessica (Blake) Bossard and Tonya (Marcus) Loftis; seventeen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Foster; a son, Roger Thomas Foster and a brother, Leon Weekley.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at New Hope Community Church with Reverend Malcom Harrelson officiating. Burial will follow at Perdido Baptist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until the 3:00 p.m. service at New Hope Community Church.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Kindred Hospice nurse, Ashely; caregivers, Ree, LaTanya and Melissa.
Pallbearers will be Rod Johnson, Ryan Johnson, Christopher Johnson, Jeremy McKissack, Blake Coleman and Ronnie Coleman.
