Larry Joe Patton, age 70, born in Gordo, AL and a resident of White House Fork, died Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at his residence. He was retired Chief Clerk for the Baldwin County Revenue Department.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Peggy Mixon Patton of White House Fork; his children, Jason (Sara) Patton of White House Fork, Justin Patton of Stockton, AL and Brandy (Matt) Hunady of White House Fork; brothers, Mitchell Bryars of Mobile, AL, Jerry Bryars of Gulf Shores, AL, Dale Buck of New York, William Bryars of White House Fork, Benjamin Bryars of Mobile, AL, Kevin Bryars of Daphne, AL, Lee Bryars of Stapleton, AL and Jonathan Bryars of Summerdale, AL; sisters, Angela Bryars of Rosinton, AL, Sandra Al-Sayyad of Tuscaloosa, AL and Sheila Essary of Tuscaloosa, AL; grandchildren, Tyler Patton, Ashton Patton, Sheridan Patton, Kelsie Patton, Braden Patton, Taylor Chain and Peyton Chain.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorris Plowman Patton Bryars; his father, H.N. Patton; stepfather, Claude Bryars; stepmother, Ella Buck Bryars; brother, Danny Patton and a sister, Lynn Kliesch.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the White House Fork Pentecostal Holiness Church with Reverend J.P. Lambert and Reverend Clark Beiler officiating.
The family will receive friends Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at White House Fork Pentecostal Holiness Church.
