Jesse C. "Jiggs" Gregson

Jesse C. “Jiggs” Gregson, age 64, born in Latham, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. He was a retired fire fighter for the City of Bay Minette for 31 years. He severed as Fire Chief from 2005 until 2008. He was also a member of the Bay Minette Masonic Lodge #498 where he served as the Secretary for 19 years.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Karen A. Kearney Gregson of Bay Minette, AL; his sons, Jason (Jenny) Price of Bay Minette, AL, John (Catherine) Price of Bay Minette, AL, Timothy Gregson of Bay Minette, AL and Jessie Gregson of NC; one brother, William Homes of Atmore, AL; one sister, Molinda "Bobby"  McLennon of Bay Minette, AL and grandchildren, Andrew Price, Adam Price, Anna Grace Price, Avery Price, Makenzie Price and Jack Price.

Funeral services will be held October 9, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Phil Bryars officiating.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 9, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Bay Minette Fire Department, 301 D’Olive St., Bay Minette, AL or to Bay Minette Masonic Lodge #498, P.O. Box 741, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
