James Marion Welch

James Marion Welch, age 80, born in Perdue Hill, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Friday, November 15, 2019 at his residence. He was a retired foreman at Standard Furniture.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Bryars Welch of Bay Minette, AL; one daughter, Tribby Welch Warfield of Naples, FL; two step sons, Tim (Tiwania) Caraway of Bay Minette, AL and Bill (Teri) Caraway of Bay Minette, AL; two brothers, Eugene Welch of Bay Minette, AL and Edward (Linda) Welch of Monroeville, AL; three sisters, Louise Welch (Levi) Thompson of Monroeville, AL, Lois Welch Sanks of Bay Minette, AL and Lillie Mae Welch of Monroeville, AL and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Fate Welch, Jr., William Welch, Manfred Welch, Leroy Welch and David Welch.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 18, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Sister Helen Stewart, Reverend Roy Hill and Justin Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday, November 17, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Christopher English, Lee English, Jimmy Sullivan, Tim Ingram, Dustin Luke and Ronnie Taylor.
