Howard Corbett Obituary

Howard Danleigh Corbett, age 78, born in Birmingham, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Mobile Infirmary. He was a retired salesman. He was on the Bay Minette City Council for 12 years serving District #1, a member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of St. Agatha Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Anne Halliday Corbett of Bay Minette, AL; his children, Margaret Anne Corbett (Joseph) LoCicero of Clearwater, FL, Howard Danleigh Corbett, Jr. of Bay Minette, AL, George Andrew (Lynn) Corbett of Fairhope, AL, Halli Corbett (Mark) Leidner of Pensacola, FL and Christopher Michael (Brandi) Corbett of Fairhope, AL; thirteen grandchildren, Heather Reeder, Catherine Toon, Cecila LoCicero, Victoria LoCicero, Mary Mason Corbett, Lee Corbett, Emily Corbett, Andrew Corbett, Amelia Corbett, Madeleine Leidner, Annlee Leidner, Christopher Corbett and Jimbo Corbett and three great grandchildren, David Toon, Corey Reeder and Adelynn Reeder.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Agatha Catholic Church with Father Gordon Milsted officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers they family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Agatha Catholic Church, 1001 Hand Ave., Bay Minette, AL; Bay Minette Public Library, 205 W. 2nd St., Bay Minette, AL or to the North Baldwin Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 190, Bay Minette, AL.

Pallbearers will Andrew Corbett, Jr., Lee Corbett, Christopher Corbett, Jr., Jimbo Corbett, Jyon Corbett, Mark Leidner, Joe LoCicero and Troy Toon.
