Danica (Varga) Klasnich

Danica Varga Klasnich, age 80, born in Ladinac, Croatia and a resident of Saraland, AL died Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Crown Health Care. She was a retired seamstress at Vanity Fair for 32 years.

She is survived by her children, Margaret Klasnich (Paul) Summersell of Saraland, AL and Steven George (Ginger) Klasnich of Singapore; one brother, Steve Varga of Milwaukee, WI; one sister, Julka Vodopija of Ladinac, Croatia; brother-in-law, Frank Klasnich, Jr. of Perdido, AL; four grandchildren, Bert (Katie0 Summersell, Jenna Summersell, Julie (Daniel) Landis and Katherine Klasnich and four great grandchildren, Austin Landis, Jacob Landis, Penelope Summersell and Hunter Davis.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Anton Klasnich.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Agatha Catholic Church with Reverend Joseph Chacko officiating. Burial will follow at Bryars-McGill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until t\he 11:00 a.m. service at St. Agatha Catholic Church.

Pallbearers will be Bert Summersell, Daniel Landis, Jacob Landis, Michael Varga, Dan Simic and Franklin King.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Agatha Catholic Church, 1001 Hand Avenue, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
