Barbara Wallace Obituary

Barbara Louise Richerson Wallace, age 88, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of Stockton, AL died Sunday, May 12, 2019 at Thomas Hospital. She was a retired teacher after 25 years with the Butler County School System.

She is survived by her children, Diane Wallace of Stockton, AL and Mark (Melinda) Wallace of Pine Grove; two sisters, Faye (Mack) Duck of Bay Minette, AL and Virgie (Al) Perkins of Montgomery, AL; two grandchildren, Bradley Richerson Cooper of Missoula, MT and Adrienne Cooper (Jon) Wells of Fairhope, AL and great granddaughter, Emily Caroline Wells of Fairhope, AL.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Caroline “Bobbi” Wallace; husband, Porter King Wallace, Jr. and her brother, Wilburn Ausphera Richerson, Jr.

Graveside services and burial will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Richerson Cemetery with Dr. Henry Cox officiating.
